INNOMATIC Ash Vessel System, which operates on the principle of Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying at a low velocity moving through the conveying pipe in separate batches or plugs. The Ash Vessel consists of one-piece body with a top inlet aperture and horizontal inlet and outlet aperture for conveying material. Dense Phase Pneumatic System is designed for bulk transfer of materials at controlled low velocity upto distances of 500 meters. Originally developed to transfer foundry sand, the system has logically progressed to encompass handling of a broad spectrum of granular solid materials.
